Free agent Chris Lutz joins Meralco

Former national team gunner Chris Lutz has a found a new home after the Meralco Bolts picked him up from the free agent pool.

The PBA announced the development on Monday afternoon.

The 6’3″ Lutz, who last saw action in last year’s Commissioner’s Cup, was recently dropped by the San Miguel Beermen to the unrestricted free agent list.

But Lutz isn’t expected to suit up for Meralco anytime soon. He just came back from the United States where he underwent treatment and rehab on his hip injury.

He has career averages of 8.5 points, 2.8 rebounds and 2.8 assists in five years with the Beermen. – InterAksyon.com
