June Mar Fajardo just set another PBA record – and still counting.

On Wednesday, the San Miguel star won an all-time mark sixth Galvalume 55-PBA Best Player of the Conference award as he once again solidified his stature as a dominant force in the Philippine Cup.

Fajardo’s crowning glory came just before Game 4 of the best-of-seven Finals at the Smart Araneta Coliseum.

National Sales Heads for Building Products Al Nieva and Vicky De Leon, together with league commissioner Willie Marcial, were on hand to present the 6-foot-10 Fajardo the award from Philsteel’s Galvalume 55.

The 28-year-old big man tallied a total of 1,279 points in topping the media, players, and PBA votes to win in runaway fashion and surpassed two-time MVP Danny Ildefonso, his former San Miguel teammate and mentor, for the most number of BPC titles won.
