Murphy Holloway fined 1K for dress code violation; Prince Caperal penalized 1K for pulling down shorts



The PBA on August 25 and 30 released the latest round of fines on players and coaches during the elimination phase of the ongoing Governors’ Cup.

Rain or Shine’s Raymond Almazan was fined P10,000 for two FFP1s incurred (upon review) during the Rain or Shine vs Star Game.

Phoenix import Brandon Brown was fined P7,500 for FFP1 (landing spot infraction) and P5,000.00 for spitting on the floor.

Phoenix rookie Matthew Wright was fined P7,500 for FFP1 (landing spot infraction) on Roger Pogoy.

Phoenix’ JC Intal was fined P5,000.00 for FFP1 – wind up contact on Glen Rice Jr.

NLEX head coach Yeng Guiao was fined P3,400 for incurring a technical foul for using profane language.

Star Hotshots’ Mark Barroca was fined P2,000.00 for incurring a technical foul (second motion) during the Star vs Rain or Shine game.

Rain or Shine’s Maverick Ahanmisi was fined P2,000.00 for incurring a technical foul (second motion) during the Star vs Rain or Shine game.

Meralco’s Kelly Nabong was fined P2,000.00 for incurring a technical foul for second motion.

Rain or Shine import J’Nathan Bullock was fined P1,000.00 for incurring a technical foul for not reporting to official’s table.

KIA’s Prince Caperal was fined P1,000.00 for pulling down shorts during a substitution.

Blackwater import Henry Walker was fined P1,000.00 for incurring a technical foul for using profane language.

Blackwater’s James Sena was fined P1,000.00 for incurring a technical foul for continuously complaining against the referee’s call.

SMB import Wendell McKines was fined P1,000.00 for incurring a technical foul for resentment to a call during the NLEX vs San Miguel Beer game.

GlobalPort import Murphy Holloway was fined P1,000.00 for dress code violation.

NLEX’ Juami Tiongson was fined an undisclosed amount for pointing an accusing finger (upon review) towards the game official during the NLEX vs San Miguel Beer game.
