San Miguel forces winner-take-all Game 7 with 104-88 win over TNT

June Mar Fajardo came up with a monster performance as San Miguel Beermen lived to fight another day, trouncing TNT KaTropa, 104-88, to force a do-or-die Game Seven in the Oppo PBA Philippine Cup semifinals on Saturday at Mall of Asia Arena.

The reigning three-peat MVP compiled 23 points and 21 boards to lead San Miguel to the Game Six win and keep the Beermen’s title defense bid alive.

He got ample help from fellow starters Arwind Santos (21 points), Alex Cabagnot (19 points) and Chris Ross (14 points) while the Beermen finally enjoyed production from their bench players RR Garcia and Gabby Espinas who both led a third quarter fightback.

Game Seven is scheduled on Monday also in the same venue, with the winner advancing to the finals. – InterAksyon.com
