TNT bags 1st win of Comm’s Cup with 134-109 rout of Phoenix

TNT KaTropa cruised to a 134-109 victory over Phoenix Fuel Masters to notch their first win in the Oppo PBA Commissioner’s Cup Sunday at Ynares Center in Antipolo.

Playing his last PBA game, Lou Amundson made sure he will be remembered, delivering 20 points and eight rebounds to top-score for KaTropa.

He was signed up for just two games by TNT. Amundson will be replaced by fellow NBA veteran in Donte Greene, TNT’s first-choice import.

Ranidel De Ocampo and Troy Rosario made 18 points each, while RR Pogoy added 17 markers. Ryan Reyes also had 10 points as TNT improved to 1-1.

In his first game back after recovering from a hamstring injury, Jayson Castro scored 10 points and dished 14 assists for a balanced TNT attack. – InterAksyon.com
