Terrence a dad: Romeo reveals baby boy his source of inspiration

meo later shared to SPIN.ph the reason behind his cheerful disposition.

“Inspired ako,” the TNT star guard said.

Romeo said he can't wait to get home to his baby after each game and practice. He however didn't reveal anything about the baby's mother or on whether he's married or not.

“Masaya, masaya nakakawala ng pagod every after practice gusto ko umuwi agad tapos nakakapagdagdag ng inspiration sa akin,” he said.

No wonder he was calm and composed during the TNT loss to Magnolia, scoring a team-best 23 points.

Jayson Castro eager to show Ginebra he's back in top shape

Jayson Castro said he is pain-free following a procedure to remove bone spurs in his right foot.

Castro said he felt great physically in his first game back from the surgery as he finished with 13 points and five assists in a 116-103 loss to Magnolia last Friday.

“Sarap uli mag-basketball,” said the 32-year-old Castro, who missed three games due to the procedure.

“Wala na, as in totally, wala na siyang pain.

In his first game back though, TNT lost to see its record drop to 4-6, making its last game of the elimination round against Barangay Ginebra on Sunday a crucial one. The KaTropa are currently in a tie for eighth place with Meralco in the standings.

“Lahat na, na-outhustle, na-outrebound. At the same time, ‘yung outside shots nila, maganda, kami hindi kami maka-shoot. Na-disrupt nila ‘yung offense namin.

Castro said the Ginebra game will definitely be a test to the character of the team that underwent a coaching change when TNT hired Bong Ravena as head coach.

Hopefully, manalo kami,” said Castro.
