With the PBA Commissioner’s Cup title playoffs back to square one, Barangay Ginebra coach Tim Cone is hoping the series would go the distance.
“Let’s see if we can get this to seven games,” declared Cone after Ginebra tied the series at 2-2 with a 130-100 blowout victory in Game 4 on Friday.
He said their goal from the start is to get the series to its full route and winning Game 4 of the best-of-seven series moved the Kings a step closer to accomplishing their goal.
Cone said the course of the series is getting unpredictable.
“You got two explosive teams and if you allow one team to get the momentum it’s really hard to break because they are good and I think a team that can grab the momentum is the team that is able to keep rolling,” said Cone during the post game interview.
