Following their commanding victory over Japan U22, Strong Group-Pilipinas continued their undefeated streak towards the 2024 William Jones Cup title.

With their sights set on a gold-medal showdown against Chinese Taipei-Blue, the Filipinos first aim to secure a win against Chinese Taipei-White in their upcoming game on Saturday, July 20.

Despite missing key players like Rhenz Abando, Ange Kouame, and Tajuan Agee, Strong Group-Pilipinas dominated the game against Japan, winning 92-79, thanks to another outstanding performance by Chris McCullough.

McCullough led the team with 26 points on an impressive 12-of-17 shooting, while DJ Fenner contributed 17 points to support the former San Miguel Beermen import.
