‘Ninong’ Danny Espiritu still hopeful Jalalons can save their marriage

Magnolia guard Jio Jalalon and his wife Katrina are currently trying to salvage their marriage with ‘ninong’ Danny Espiritu providing a big helping hand.

Espiritu, a renowned player agent in the PBA, bared that he is helping the couple iron out the kinks in their relationship which, unfortunately, became a trending topic in social media after Katrina came out and accused Jio of infidelity and physical abuse.

Aside from being Jalalon’s agent, Espiritu is also the couple’s wedding godfather.

“Inaayos ko na yan. Medyo nagkakaayos na silang mag-asawa kasi inaanak ko sila sa kasal. Pangalawang tatay ako nitong dalawang ito,” said Espiritu during the first episode of SPIN.ph’s Zoom In livecast.

“Ako yung taong pinagbubuo ko yung players ko pero kung ayaw nila mabuo, susunod din naman ako sa kanila,” he added.

Espiritu bared that he has been in constant communication with the couple and that he is doing everything he can to bring the two back together.

“As much as possible, buoin natin ang pamilya. Sayang eh. Kinuha-kuha nyo akong ninong tapos ganito.”
